   wtf happened to my lips, you ask? I was reading a book the other day about Joan Crawford (that's her in my av, back when she was young, sultry and sulky). It described her mouth as "a red gash", so there you are. Hope all's well with you and that your hand has healed nicely.

   Thanks, the hand is healing, gradually. I still get a fair bit of pain from it but at least it's still in one piece. I'm not able to get back to the gym yet though and have gotten flabby tyres in the last couple of months which will take alot of working off, once I'm able to return.
